Country farm holidays for dogs

We have some exciting new happenings at Canine Foundations farm stay holidays for your furry friends.

We provide a safe and comfortable & stimulating environment for your dog, they have air conditioning in summer and heating in winter, our dogs are never caged , they have acres of grassed areas where they run ,and run & they play chasing, they also love to run with the postie bike and of course they love to go swimming .They also love to help with the gardening.

We supply all food., our boarders fit in easily with the daily routine, they eat with the crew. We manage they by age and needs, and make sure they are comfortable.

We also do some basic training with them eg. recall and wait , and enjoy sit.

While your dog stays with us, you can expect their activities will include

• Your dogs safely comes first
• Run along with the posite bike
• Help with the gardening
• Playing, chasing, tumbling and so much swimming. Over and over and over
• You don’t need to bring food they will eat with you crew
• We have a daily routine, its easy for them to fit in
• We ease your dog in, so they are comfortable
• Dogs are managed by age and needs
• In the heat they have air-conditioning and in the winter, heating.
• We do so basic work with you dog – recall and wait, other basics too

We at Canine Foundations offer a unique service for you and your dog/s. They will never be in concrete runs. They will be part of our family and have access to all of our facilities. Their holiday will be as good as yours!

Facilities

Canine Foundations is a farm west of Sydney where the dogs can play, swim and run on 5 acres which includes a dam. They get messy! If you don’t want this, please ensure they arrive with a tidy, short clip. We have shade and shelter everywhere, we don’t have runs or cages

Drop off and pick up times

Fees grooming and accommodation
There is an additional $5 fee per day if dog requires medication 💊💊or is ELDERLY and requires extra care.
We can have ticks please ensure your dog is fully covered before their arrival.

15th Dec to 27th Jan 2025 is prime time

2 x dogs $115.00

School holidays
1 x dog $50
2 x dog $90

Normal
1 x dog $40.00
2 x dog $75.00

Pick and drop off times
Morning between 10 and 11.00 am or 3 pm and 4 pm
Unfortunately we have needed to add a late fees $25 for the first hour after drop off or pick up times and $10 for every hour after.

We can provide Grooming if you wold like before you collect your hound.
Wash and dry $55
Full poodle or Oodle clip, wash dry $100 big dogs add $20

These times are to ensure all the newbies come in and settle quickly,  and we don’t have comings and goings all day, this ensures they all settle fast and safely

We will accept cash or direct deposit in advance.

Health

Your dog should be clean and flea free. If your dog has fleas, we will treat them and charge you accordingly.

Your dog should be up to date with all vaccinations and we require documentation of this from your vet.

If your dog has any other health issues please advise us.

Outline of terms and conditions for dog boarding, day care, minding and grooming

I/we acknowledge Fees are charged ‘per day’ regardless of drop-off or pick-up time.

I/we understand that Canine Foundations (Jenny) will take all care to ensure the safety, security and well-being of your pet/s and/or property whilst they are in our care.

I/we accept that it is at our own risk that we employ the services of Canine Foundations Holiday Stay and therefore indemnify Canine Foundations from any illness, death, loss or injury to our pet/s and/or damage/loss to our property.

We will provide a form for you to sign if you decide to board your dog.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Canine Foundations Holiday Retreat Boarding, Day Care, Minding and Grooming.

1. My dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date. I have a certificate from my vet.
2. I will ensure my pet is clean and Flea & Worm Free. If the pet has fleas, I understand Jenny will treat and charge based on the size of dog.
3. I will advise you of any health issue my dog has.
4. I have to provided the details of an emergency contact person who can make decisions about my dog on my behalf if I cannot be contacted.
5. I give my permission for Jenny to take the dog to a vet if she feels it is necessary and I will cover the total cost.
6. I understand that fees are charged ‘per day’ regardless of drop off time or pick up time.
7. Understand Jenny will take all care to ensure the safety, security and well-being of my pet/s and/or property whilst they are in her care. I accept that it is at our own risk that I employ the services of Canine Foundations and therefore indemnify Jenny from any illness, bites, death, loss or injury to our pet/s and/or damage/loss to our property.
8. I understand that in a worst case scenario, Jenny will make the call she would for her own dogs, unless I have provided Jenny with specific instructions of the action to take in the event of illness/death.
9. I understand that my Booking for my Canine Foundations Holiday Retreat is not confirmed until the information on this form is completed.
